These terms govern your use of the TuneKeeps website and purchases from our store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may cancel or limit an order in the event of an error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason, and will refund amounts paid for a cancelled order.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are shown at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed using the methods available at checkout.

For products that use customer-provided songs, recordings, artwork, or other content, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for fraudulent activity. TuneKeeps branding, store content, product images, text, and designs belong to TuneKeeps or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Shopify and other providers may supply hosting, checkout, analytics, shipping, and related services, and their own terms may apply. Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights that cannot be excluded.
