Refund and Return Policy

Standard, non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days after delivery when they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Email support@tunekeeps.us before sending a return and include your order number.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Personalized or custom-made items are normally not eligible for change-of-mind returns after production begins. This does not apply when an item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, or when applicable law provides otherwise.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility. A restocking deduction of up to 10% may apply only where permitted by law and when an item requires inspection, repackaging, or restoration because it was handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. No restocking deduction is applied where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

For customers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, eligible non-personalized distance purchases may be cancelled within 14 days after delivery, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Customers may inspect goods as they would in a physical shop. Any deduction for diminished value will be limited to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Approved refunds include the product price and, where legally required, the least expensive standard outbound delivery option.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
